Voyager sent this to me, WATCH IT. amongst others, luke skywalkers x-wing, the starship voyager from star trek, a futuristic yamato battleship and they're all subs!  :o :o :o :o :o those japs can do things i could never have imagined

The Yamato is the 'Space Battleship Yamato from the Movie and TV series 'Star Blazers', in which the Yamato is raised and converted in to a spaceship but could travel underwater as well. Could be a nice project for you Grant, as you already have experience conveting the Tamiya kits. I bet one of those WTC would fit  ;D

You'll be amazed at what you can find on you tube, i just can't quite work out the method of propulsion, not to mention how the Voyager steers??? Most bizzare ???

As soon as i find some more, i shall post them on here!

I would wager that they're using water jets, probably centrifugal pumps which you can pick-up cheaply- they're used a lot for faucet pumps for caravans etc.

Two pumps, two speed controllers bias them to one side or the other for effective steering- like a tank.
