My smoke unit from MMB wasn't functioning so I rang Mark to ask for advice last Friday. He asked me to post the unit to him and he would check it out free of charge.
So I posted it to him that same day and last Sunday he rang me to say that there was nothing wrong with it and he suggested that my batteries (2x 12v lead acids) weren't fully charged, would I test them under load and in the meantime he'd post the unit back to me.
It duly arrived back this morning with a spare membrane, I've sorted my batteries out and it works perfectly.
My only cost in the whole exercise was the postage to Mark.
Now that's what I call real service - thank you Mark
