HMS Daring
« on: April 28, 2010, 09:32:25 pm »

I was walking the hounds tonite out at Berry head, and I believe the Daring was moored out in Torbay, not sure as it was getting dusky and didn't have my bird watching scopes.

Might have been Dauntless, she is now in commission and I saw her leaving Portsmouth the other day.

And of course Dubious and Doubtful.

Some British Aerospace staff used to have a spoof picture of a crest for "HMS DERELICT" with a wrecked galleon as the symbol in the centre on their desks at the Filton offices at Bristol!
