Hi Martin
Deans Marine will be attending the Mayham weekend.
Trade stands not allowed but we will be bringing a large marquee with a display of new models from the last 2-3 years and a selection of favorites.
Any special requests (for models) you want to see. drop us an e-mail and we will try to oblige.
We will release a new 2007 kit at the show, and all the releases to date for 2007 will be on display.
We will also have a rack of the new MINI Z boats for you to try, no charge, donation to chosen charity.
So bring you own club team of 4.? if you want to have race. (e-mail us first)
This display will also be sponsored by Kyosho, who will donate the prizes. (when Martin decides what they should be for)
 Hope the sun shines
 Regards
 Deans Marine team.

Does it matter at all that I have no boat , am not a member of any club but have a healthy interest in building scale models (am awaiting my first boat) .
I am interested in attending but it wont cant be till the sunday as work takes priority unfortunatley  :(

If this is ok I,ll see you all there  ;)

I,ll be the one looking lost amongst all your experience LOL  ;D ;D ;D

Shane
with 99 posts, and if you reply to this maybe a promotion, I think you could consider yourself a mayhemer.

I do, but it is the God Fish who should decide.

Right .....

I'm going over to Wicksteed this weekend to check the lay of the land.
Apparently the lake area is waterlogged and a couple of people have informed us that Wicksteed are not taking camping bookings.
I'll update everyone if / when this changes.

So.....

1. Please could any cubs or individuals who would like to put on a display advise us by Email. We are currently unsure about marquee arrangements but if we have an idea of the displays / sizes then we can make appropriate arrangements.

2. Parking discount tickets are being confirmed this week. I'll email them out once confirmed.

3. We still have room for sponsorship or events, prizes, competitions, please email us.

3. Anyone building a "Springer tug"???? - http://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=3471.0

Definitely booked with 'er indoors.

Would it be an idea to have a downloadable name badge, so we can print off blank on stick paper and add our names and rough geographic areas?

Evening Martin,

The wife and I will definitely be attending on one day and may well camp but will decide closer to time. I will have my Springer to run, been fibreglassing it tonight, will have to see what else I can finish by then. Maybe the PBR if I pull my finger out.
