In Pic 2 that lady's back is hugely expressive. After having to interpret female body language over the years in order to survive, I can tell you that it plainly says "Silly Old B****r playing with his new toy; I'm off home".

so how do you know what your camera will be taking a photo of.  any fancy gadgets involved like a remote screen with a camera view on the ground or just pot luck that you shot the ground photo and not a nice picture of the sky.

I need the wife to help me retrieve the camera a kite, and I have the car keys.

Its pot luck mostly but I can pan 360 and tilt so I take lots and dump what are duff, thats the good thing about Digital Cameras.
