revell 1/350 tirpitz
« on: May 20, 2010, 10:46:53 am »

so i've started it and a very nice kit it is, started by building parts of the superstructure to mark out and mask up the splinters on the hull and now i have to get in the loft to dig out some shafts and props from an old tamiya one. paint job is different on either side of the ship which makes masking up a bit more interesting, i'm painting it up as it was for operation 'sizilien'

thanks guys i'll try to keep up the step by step thing but because i dont have internet at home frequent uploads can get awkward, i did mean to to show it getting masked up but got a bit carried away and went straight in and did it. still got to do the superstructure etc. though.
