I went from i.c to brushless on the same hull ok2  Had to change the stub shaft (Easy) to a 4mm threaded.  Lots more props to try after that :-)) I seem to recall a 45x worked well with my set up.

I just cut down (hard metal so you might have to grind it)  an 4mm shaft i had lying about & filed a flat to match the old one :-)) Just make sure you have thread left for lock nut aswell as the prop !

Just recalled these had a gearbox when fitted with an i.c :embarrassed: so thats why its running the wrong way. Oh & mind the motor coupling they wont stand high revs  {:-{ One thing that helps it a small bit of garden hose warmed up in hot water & pushed over it. This stops it from flying apart @ high r.p.m :-))

I might be sticking my neck out here {:-{ But you have to start somewhere  %) Try this one & see what happens As it might stall or over rev so take it gently :-)) This might stir up members that will know a lot more about i.c boats than i do {:-{

If you send me your address via PM I will post to you a jiffy bag with 7 glass filled props in to try. Ther eshould be at lkeast one there to suit your needs, they range from P40   to P50  and X40 to X50, also got an X70 but no pint sending that with that little motor. Note these are submerged drive props, no idea what they will do on that application.

Free to you sir if you want them.

Note I am away for two days, so don't be suprised if you don't get an instant answer.

thanks bud  :-))

So it's been quite a while now, did you get any joy with the prop selection? Should have been something there that would get it moving.
