Bill,
Did you look at the other videos from the same user (MrOZSPEC) ?
Aaron Alberico of Ozspec broke the .21 and .45 2 lap records again last weekend. The .21 video is there too.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLbmpjdhPN0The .45 records are with the new Picco .45 released last year. In the .21 classes he runs Novarossi. He's also the Aus / NZ dealer for Novarossi. There's also one there of a 139 MpH run with a .45 rigger
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6BNm0ROKFk. Didn't realise an I/C boat had run that fast yet - wonder if they got the conversion right (KPH - MPH). I think that's a lot faster than the world record for any I/C model boat until recently (I think it was in the upper 120s). Almost caught up with the Fast Electric record now if so - unless it's been raised again. I think it was 140 MpH.
Both of those 2 lap records were set with JAE riggers. The JAE / JAP family of riggers were designed by some very prominent figures in the US, and they have created a big stir. Almost all of the recent rigger builds on one of the US forums are from that family. They start off at .12 size, and go all the way up to .90 and possibly gas sized. Even the JAE / JAP 12s are extremely fast when properly set up. Here's a JAP 12 running
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tL2fhjMbV8I. The plans can be downloaded for free, and Zippkits do kits for some of the sizes. I think there's a long wait list now though.
I suspect that the JAE riggers will feature quite prominently in the FSR-H classes at the forthcoming World Champ's in Hungary.
