G230 is the car engine. Mounts to put this in a boat you will essentially have to make yourself. You can buy a set of mounts and use the rear mount (looks the same as the PUM) but the front mount you will have to make yourself. Due to the fan cover the engine will have to sit fairly high and at a fairly steep angle.

I don't know of any one in the UK that is turning down the car engine cylinder to fit cooling. There are however some talented guys here that may be able to help you out.

Pipes and all the other stuff you can find at Prestwich http://www.prestwich.ndirect.co.uk/index.html but be aware that Dave is just about to leave for the Naviga World Championships in Hungary so you won't get a response for about 3 weeks. He also has an E-bay shop here http://stores.ebay.co.uk/PMB-rc-parts

Might find that it would have been cheaper to buy a marine engine in the first place such as this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Model-engine-Zenoah-G260PUM2-/200497558162?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item2eae95f292 or this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sikk-chung-yang-zenoah-clone-27-cc-engine-marine-/180534751183?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item2a08b5afcf
