Not sure it was as good as that but I parked in something similar when we did the Buckingham palace tour way back in the late 90's

similar system in tokyo in high risers using a rotating vertical parking system been around for about 10 years now i had never seen anything like it at the time

check the specs - 404 car spaces, rate of release of cars 125 per hour. Bit of a problem in rush hour.
