I make a circle of thin ply to fit in the nozzle, drill a hole in the centre, slide this over the shaft, then the prop needs to be about a third of the way from the forward end of the kort as spoken about earlier in this post. I tend to fix my nozzles first, then fit the rudder shaft with clearance for the nozzle to turn, the shaft can be held in place with blue tack to check, and then resin used for the final fix.
