Modern Tug build..

I bought this tug off the sales section a few weeks ago, not very pretty to look at so it was off with the superstructure, hull and deck rubbed down and resprayed and now i am on with the new wheelhouse/superstructure, i have ordered the new winches from Mobile Marine....

After looking at numerous photos i decided to remake the exhaust stacks so they resembled the more modern look, also made a start inside the wheelhouse now....

New mast, crane, RIB, and some tyre fenders added, took me most of the day to build Model Slipways Hiab, tedious to say the least but well wort the effort, next job is to finish the detailing in the wheelhouse so i can do the glazing...

Am i correct in thinking that the port unit rotates anti-clockwise and the starboard unit rotates clockwise?

Looking good. Going to be fun on Sunday, tug-towing at the lake, never sailed her before and with an unfamiliar drive system!! I'll bring the rescue tug just in case?? Dave {-)
