Mechanical speed controller

Just need a little help with what wires go where???

from left to right the poles are as follows:
positive, 4cells, 6cells, brake, brake, motor, motor and negative.


not sure if the wires are correct in the photo???

Hi, usually the power (batteries) go to the board and the motor to the wiper contacts.
Good idea to have flexible wiring to the wiper from the motor.
