speed controller!
« on: September 05, 2010, 10:24:03 am »

Hi,

I was just wondering if:-

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270629794560&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

will be ok for my Graupner speed 700 12v motor? I am going to run my speed controller on lipo's eventually?

If someone could please advise me that it will be suitable or reconmend a different speed controller.

Thanks

Ben

Yes, it will adequately do the job.  A bit pricey as this range does go cheaper on Ebay.

The only problem i can see is the fact that you can only un upto 7.4 lipo. I am wanting to run an 11.1.

They will run off LiPos very well, BUT you do need a LiPo guard to monitor battery voltage to stop over discharging the battery.
