I've just rebuilt my old Kyosho RC motorbike and was after a little more power, does anybody run one?

mine is 1/8th and now in about 50 pieces, I'm lookin at the motor and trying to find one faster.
ony problem is its only about 1" Dia and 7.2v

What i would do is look around for the Venom 1/8th GPV1 and see if you can acquire one of those. They arent too dear and get some ideas re
power for the bike that way, They also have hop up kits which might help you beef up the Kyosho a bit

Never tried one of these bikes but they do look great when you see 6 or 7 in a race!
Never ceases to amaze me the way the RC hobby opens up new avenues. Why is it some people just see RC as 'toys'?

Well I think what he means he loves the new technology what radio control models bring to all of us.. dont you know that a lot of real stuff
starts out as a model... And I think he just objects to Models being known as toys when they are in fact minature bits of skilled engineering
