Halfords are a car accessory company with branches in most UK towns, and have their own brand of various items, including paint. I don't know if they are international, but there is probably an equivalent in Australia. It is always possible that in different countries allowed paint formulations differ, so whatever you find needs to be treated with caution (i.e. squirt it a a bit of scrap first to see if it dissolves). It's a general rule here that as soon as any substance is found to be effective, economical and useful, it must be declared life-threatening and replaced by something that costs twice as much and doesn't really work.
