thank you ,model is scratch built using my favorite building product ikea blind and 6mm mdf bulkheads for plank on frame.
mount board for wheel house and structchers 450 motor 45mm 4 blade prop 12volt battery  .
build time 3 weeks, will send launch pics soon ...........Larry :-)

hi if do want to build at scale plan yuor runing gear ,there ant/ a lot room inside ,i am runing 2 no 6vlt 4 amp SLA BATTS.1 front one rear .
radio receiver and ESC .above in a tray it works i wiil try get a pic to show how tight cheers larry. :-))

Nice one, Larry, very nice! I like especially the weathering - makes the tug look authentic.

As for the blinds - which ones are you using?
I could find only Lupin (http://www.ikea.com/de/de/catalog/products/20117513) and Lindmon (http://www.ikea.com/de/de/catalog/products/40084347) but I'm not sure about the thickness of the battens - maybe that's just because I've been looking on the German Ikea page.
