Can Turborix receivers be bound to any other make, (one that doesn't need a computer to set it up)

Hi
Turborix V1 2part receivers work with V1 Radios for F-Sky , Hobbyking , Turnigy , and some USA house labels
New V2 unit is only 1 Part .

P.S. They bind with 4 or 6 Channel TX,s

V1 rx wont bind with any dsm2 compatible tx's, I tried it,

May as well buy a cheap outfit then - it's for a simple left/right forward/back boat.
Not many V1 recs about anyway
