The model hull produced by Mobile Marine Models measures  Length 950mm, Beam 310mm, Scale 1:32
(see Tug Boat Kits on this site)

The original tug was launched at Severodvinsk in 1993 and measures
262 GRT, 78 NRT, L30,70m(25,97), B10,04m(9,40), D4,100m(4,40)

There was an earlier Portgarth, launched at Gateshead as CASHEL in 1959, (still active 2006 in Greece as AGHIOS NIKOLAOS), measures
207 GRT, L32,49m(29,14), B8,51m, D3,664m(4,09)  (106'7"(95'7")x27'11"x12'1/4"(13'5"))
