Sheerline module in an Engel Akula?

I have obtained an Engel Akula with nothing but dust and muck in it. Without completely destroying the model, will a Sheerline module fit through the existing hatch if I dremelled out the upper flat part of the main hull to within a few millimetres of the flange??
