Running boats in the snow

This could be fun while we are waiting for spring, we have lots of snow and it's never too rough. :-)

thats brilliant. it takes someone with the "i wonder if" or "Would this work" frame of mind to try something like that. i wonder if that works with nitro! i might try it in the snow if we ever get any/enough  :-))

about the 28 second mark does the prop change. maybe the blades would grip the snow. looks real enough to me. will be interesting to see if it is.

nah , I would say it is totaly real , Its not on snopes  :} :} :}  , there are 2 props on each shaft so iI would imagine that these make it a lot easier for the boat to move in what is powdery snow , Just look at the snow cloud when it starts off..

It looks great fun.. We need someone on the forum to go and test this out...  Looks likes it upto you Essex2

Under the snow too !!!! :D

After hearing reports from the Aerial photo reconnaissance section of the Swedish Air Force showing a mystery submarine surface running at high speed , course N.E., Artic 1, a snow stealth springer was being prepared to conduct a search of the area.

The boat running in powdery snow is definitely real.
The props would get good grip in the snow and the boat is very lightweight.

Once the boat is in motion it probably gets better grip than on water.
Just look how good it turns for a cat,

obviously would be much good for getting itself going from the start, thats why it gets a push.

nice to watch it, and definitely COOL    :-))
