Looking for Technical Drawings
« on: March 31, 2019, 04:58:53 AM »

Hi guys, new to the forum. I've been doing research on sub and U-boats for the past couple of years. I like to make CAD models out of drawings I find and working on WW2 subs has been pretty fun! I'm looking for more drawings.

So far what I have

All the books from Fritz Kohl, the plannrolle, the books and a few others. I've also found all the drawings for the Pampanito on the San Fran Maritime museum.

Here's the pressure hull for a VIIC

here's some other models I've made from drawings I've found. If you have Solidworks you can download these and use them.

This is a list of useful items and websites that contain either dimensions or technical drawings
  • I'd post more but this anti spamming stuff is a little much.
