hi all,i live in the se of England and normaly build model hotrods,beetles etc as a hobby when its to cold to work on the real thing.
then about 9weeks ago i thought i'd have a go at a boat
. i have also gone tea total in the last few months and biulding these has been a great calmer. they all all scratch biult useing no plans(just a pic in my head)and wood and bits out my model(car)box from the shed, cost so far is glue,paint,etc..(which i also had ) but will be looking for r/c gear for them at the bootfairs this summer
.all 3 have working lights and the tugs radar spins as normal. i have done 3 so far,a static houseboat,a 60s speedboat and a tug(a barge for it is the next project) i will post some pics
