« on: January 02, 2011, 04:30:22 am »

I got the Dumas Jersey City 1/32 railroad tug for Christmas from the Mrs. and looking to build a railroad car float to go with it.   Has anyone done this and do you have pictures to share or drawings.             Thanks Jack :-)

Hi, this is a very American thing. I cant think of anything like it in the UK.  I have seen some super examples on www.RCGroups.com , a US based site.

Hey Jack , I was looking for something else and came across these in Argentina, might be of interest www.histarmar.com.ar/FerrobarcosI can only see one barge with rail cars on board being pushed by a tug. Lots of other rail ferries though. Hope this helps .   EDIT: link didnt work sorry, try a Google search for "Rail ferries Argentina"
