Wooden deck colour match
« on: January 17, 2011, 07:55:23 pm »

I'm refitting my SS Manxman (1:86)... What would be a good match to paint the wooden decks? i would imagine they would be sun bleached to a brown-grey colour.
Any helpful ideas?

This photo pf the quarterdeck of HMS Belfast demonstrates that teak fades to a greyish brown colour.
