Servo plug / connector

Having looked at various web sites and posts I cannot find any definitive confirmation which manufacturers servo plugs are interchangable - I want to buy some loose plugs and sockets to make my own BEC and want to ensure they will fit.  To this end, are the following interchangable:

Hitec
Acoms
JR
Spektrum
Futaba

My equipment is a Hitec Ranger II 27MHz.
