Building Corvette

Hello from Veracruz, México
This Christmas I got something that call pod, this have a digital camera so, I make some pictures to show at this splendid Forum the Flower Corvette that I'm building, the camuflage paint is some kind of free lance, please tell me something about the rust that I put in this ship, best wishes to everyone

Your weathering looks right.
These ships were very heavily used and didn't get much time for things like painting.
She is looking good.
1 tip for these models is to ballast her deep and they look and sail very well.

In this picture are the roof of the engine room, that I put the glass, the glass is an slice of acrylic rod that I get in my high technology lathe, the frames of the glass are slices of plastic pipe, please tell something about it O0

This is the bow, I done the chain way from deck to hull waterproof with a plastic pipe, the chain going up and down with another high technology item: 12 inch of fishing rope, I beg pardon for my vocabulary and spelling. :embarrassed:

Yes is the real thing, they are cubans, 10 years ago Iwas at Cuba for 2, year in order to make a Doctarade grade, so I get in the tabacco, the tum THE MULATAS %% O0 :embarrassed:

What's wrong????
In order to make the railings and get a neat one, I make some kind of frame, take the exact mesarues and cut in the same size the plastic rod that Revell give in the kit, but the final look is of something "organic" anyway I left it thinking that is product of the hard condition at sea %)
