I make my own from brass "eye bolts". Using taper pliers its quite easy. Squires sell the eye bolts. Of course if you don't have them, then just use fine brass wire.

I am confused. Do you mean screw eyes, as I can see how these could be opened with pliers?

Hello, use 1/8 brass brazing rod, anneal the end then beat it out and file to shape. Scale modellers can not always buy the fittings they require so they have to fabricate them. Nemesis

No - plain brass. About 0.5mm brass wire with a loop(eye) at one end and straight shaft which I bend into a hook.

If you have Squires catalogue, look at Page 340.

These would not be quite the same shape  as the white metal ones - it would depend how tight you could  bend them.

Hy Wallace
If you are refering to the hook attached to the bottom block of the davit, have a look in your local Hobbycraft store, they do these hooks in packs of about five in varying sizes, and are used in the making of bead necklaces. They have a small spring like bar across the gap of the hook that stops  the other end of the necklace from pulling apart but this can easily be removed leaving just the hook. I use them on all my boats that need this type of attachment. Unfortunately they are not brass, but they look the same as what your pics show.
