Can someone give me a trade name or supplier for Spray Putty?

Is it just another name for High Build Primer or something entirely different?

can be purchased in Halfords in the primer section it's a mustard yellow cap.

spray it on in thin coats letting each dry thoroughly or it might crack into an orange peel finish.
