Steamboat Phil is a changed Man...
« on: February 18, 2011, 09:51:19 PM »

Rumour has it Steamboat Phil has been seen maskerading as a BATT SALESMAN today at the Brighton show.He has BEEN SEEN working on the Component shop stand.
What has happened has he seen the light and HAS FINNALLY been converted to BATT power.
He has even been ADVISING people what to buy....that I would have loved to see.
I just wonder if he will now be running those steamy things he got now on LIPO's

Stav.......now running for cover

Personally I think it was a brilliant plan on Marks part! confuse your enemy and while he's on his knees..... go for the wallet! :D

Top marks to Phil tho for stepping into the breech while Mark was ill

Phil has not changed in every way, I got some money out of him for the Alfold Charity Model Boat Show, but guess what, still no sign of the 20-00 note, he told me he had laminated it.
