Duck Dive ?

This happened to me on Sunday  :(( In about 2ft 6in of water 40-45 mph  {:-{ Smashed in to the bottom of the lake ! Not a pretty site.

Can we all presume you managed to rescue the boat in such shallow water and it will live again soon?
Sorry it happened, but its one of the risks of high speeds over choppy wave tops.

Yes A kind Gent had wader's ok2  2in of bow gone & a 5in split  {:-{ In a 25in hull NOT good Hatch came off lost G.P.S tracker. E.S.C & Servo had it {:-{

Oh dear, that wasnt exactly a good day for you and your boat then.
This why its very important to get a centre of gravity a touch rearward on some boats.

I dont know where yours is, but its usualy best at just 30 to 33% from transom on submerged, and
back even a touch more on surface drive.

But how unlucky to have this happen in such shallow waters

can the boat be fixed ok ? and cheaply  ? or is this going to cost a lot of hard earned cash ?

Not one of my best days {:-{ Striped all the hardware off to fit to another hull. Just need to work out which hull i want ;)

May aswell be {:-{ Anyway a mate of mine has got it now ;) Time to move on I think  ;) But where  :(( Done Scale , Done Fast , Done Silly Fast  :o Maybe a Wolf in Sheep's clothing :-) As there's lots of sheep's in wolf's clothing at the lake sometime's  %)
