u boats?

As to modelling what Russell grant is to ballet, could anybody give some advice on this matter please?
I've seen a model called U-47 by ROBBE and it's 1.7m long. It's priced at £349.00 and is via RC Market.com.
Has anyone used this model before or know anything about it?
btw, how do you find a club that specialises in this kind of model in the Herts area?
Thanks all.

The Robbe U boat is well established and there are plenty of the running around successfully. Some have even been converted to staic dive. You may want to look at their starter model the Seawolf. Bob down to the Brockwell Lido on Sunday 27th March, theres bound to be a Robbe U47 about for you to go over.
