action pico flasher

I`m building a small police boat  for my son and was wondering if the pico flasher would be suitable for operating the blue flashing lights?
Any advice would be most welcome  :-))

You can actually buy Blue LEDS with a built in flasher - search eBay.

Barrie

Try this one - its 12volt, but you can find others of different voltages

The alternate red/blue flashers on the last post are effective for police lights
Run a pair on six volts or four on twelve.

Bri, check the ebay shop  "Fast Track RC Products" , he has a vast range including flashing lights all colours as well as white. They come with harness and plug for PP9 plus switch on/off plug. About a fiver depending on specs. He also does ultra violet ,  and red, green nav light combos. Fast service.

I do think that Martin should do more to attract traders like this to sponsor the Mayhem Forum.
