If you put a 'pulley' on the servo arm, and lead the sheets to a fixed point near where the sheeting line exits the hull, you will gain twice as much movement of the sheets for the same amount of servo arm travel.
Eg, 3" sail arm travel = 6" sheet travel.
Just an idea.
Would also give the sail arm servo 1/2 the torque though.
