Thought this would appeal to most ex-servicemen (and women). It's not boat related but I found it quite entertaining!

I Think that type of presentation is the best.. :}

A bit like Mr Bob at the rope making building at Chatham, one of the most interesting tours I have been on..

Someone e-mailed this to me a couple of months ago - its brilliant isn't it - typical  senior NCO type humour.
Don't know whether a civvie would appreciate it quite as much

Geoff. Have you ever considered how disparaging a term as "civvie" can be? In my mortgage paying life I, and others of my ilk used to get rather incensed at being referred to a "civvies" by some snotty nosed 19 year old RN rating who happened to be embarked in our ship. It was never ever used in "fun", but always as a sign of perceived superiorority. Little did they know.  By the way, Haven't seen you for awhile. How's the "Aisne" coming along? Ready to go to the NE Show next month? BY.

Yeoman Beefeater London guide -- what thread??
« Reply #13 on: March 12, 2011, 07:11:45 pm »

I watched four YouTube videos of an excellent (and non-PC) Beefeater London guide on the forum last night. This guy was totally irreverend and hilarious. O0

Today, I cannot find the link or the thread, as I want to supply the link to a mate.

Can anybody help please?

Many thanks in anticipation.

Use the search panel on Youtube, just punch in what you have used here as a title.
