If you look at the demographic profile of Forum members it is pretty obvious that most of us are living in the past.

If it's just an hour then I'm not complaining....

Time is really wacky for me, like it is really early morning now, so I ignore the time.

You can change the time offset by going into your profile (look and layout) and adding the hour  :-))

I would think it's a problem with British Summer Time.

Remember that the server for the forum is in the USA, so only being one hour out is pretty good. As has been said go into your profile and add the hour, but then your life will jump forward another hour will you want that?  ok2 ok2 ok2 ok2 ok2 ok2

I'm just leaving the time as it is.....this means I'll have no need to change it back again in the Autumn.  O0

Personal view only - I think the time changes are now old hat. They served there purpose in the 1900s but no need for the changes now  :-X

Ray.

The thing about forum time that I don't like is that wee reminder, top left, that tells me I've spent 19 days, 14 hours and 34 minutes here. ...That's nearly three weeks of solid buildin' time, lost!  :o

It was mooted on some programme today that in Winter we should adopt GMT plus 2 hours and Summer should be GMT plus 1 hour.

So where the h**l would GMT be used?????? Yes, thought about that one, - - - - - - in Greenwich.

What does demographic mean, Colin?

It relates to the age grouping of a population.
The population on Mayhem is older than the population on pop websites.

Not for us poor Mayhemers down under.
My poor PC thinks its 4.44 pm. The clock on the wall says 5.44 pm.
Its all the fault of the Australian Formula 1 politicians who keep changing the date of the change from summer to winter time to suit the viewers in Europe.  >>:-(  >>:-(
I have decided to stay in bed next Sunday for an extra hour to to spite them. %)

We are thinking about it once the floods have subsided and things there are back to normal.
SWMBO is already complaining of the cold in Victoria and it was a beautiful sunny day today  8)
