Billing Cux 87 ?
« on: April 30, 2011, 09:04:14 pm »

I'm about to start the Cux 87, I did built the Billing Norden a few years ago, I wondered if anyone had done the Cux and had any odd problems, the kit looks ok and I'm only at the 'collect all the bits' stage... glue and any tools I want which I don't have now, photo's are possible later...if and when I sort a new digi camera.

Nothing wrong with having several projects on the go at the same time, its a must in my book, need to have an alternative in case you are waiting for glue to dry...I prefer aliphatic or similar, I try not to use epoxy and cyano unless its necessary, also if you are waiting for a part or whatever coming through the post, I'll get frustrated kicking my heels !

Thanks for that link, Its not that I don't know how to build the Cux... although I'm no expert,  I like to study other folks efforts and prepare myself before opening the glue.

Time for a coffee 8)

well, your list looks reasonable to me...take no notice of the wife, I have the same problem..why do you need another model ? you already have 1 and there's that kit you haven't made yet...little does she know..!

I think we have the same philosophy...you can't have enough no matter what 'you've got'... O0

back for more later..what day is it ? they all blend into one with me...think I'll pop down to the flying field later ..see what's happening, shop's are shut so I can't buy anything for the Cux ...yet  ;)

Bank holidays just get in the way...the shops I need are always closed...
