Help for Old Men
« on: April 10, 2011, 07:55:21 pm »

Don't Blame me for this... I've been bulled ...and told that others might like to see this ... The story goes like this ---I've Got a Bad Back and Arthritic Knees and have problems putting my boots on when I go to the lakeside  to sail my boats ,So,  being a seaman I thought I'd rig up something to make it easer and it works a treat
I used a leather belt punch to put 2 sets of 3 holes in a triangle on each side of the boot just below the top about 2"(Inches) apart
I then reeved a piece of cod line through the holes to make a loop, this gives you a good grip or like I do reeve a bit of line through the loops and haul the boots up
