Bad wot rating

Hi all, perhaps a few words of caution until the situation can be verified.

I've just had a "This site has a poor reputation" warning from WOT dated on the 30th for modelboatmayhem.co.uk, it's not been on the list before so I guess Martin had best check the server / adverts etc.

04/30/2011   Malware Patrol   Appeared on a list of malware distributors. :((

www mywot com  - Interesting site!!!

1. www mywot com seems to be mainly in the business of scaring the pants of people so you will buy their software.

2. There seems to be no actual testing of user reviews, so the ratings are based solely on anonymous reviews, friend or foe!

3. Once you have a rating, you don't seem to be able to do ANYTHING about it... unless you send them money!

I know which security sites I trust...... but  www mywot com  are quite generously offering to sell Mayhem "a WOT Trust Seal."
