My take on the seaport!

I guess I am a bit late in the game :D But here is my try for a mod of this amazing boat. This is how far I am now. Done with the leds and wheel house now.








Strong low rpm 550 Engine! This will do the trick!










Here are the leds on the control panels. Noone will ever see this when its done. But I know it works :D

Yes it looks great,these little boats are quite good fun to work on and improve.

its been a while but I have done a lot of updates. I have edited the wheel house a bit and worked on the leds a bit.

I think the boat is about done. Just needs some adjustments on the ballast. A bit heavy in the front now.

Watch the freeboard especially in the situation of water coming over the stern. I speak from experience as mine, in it's original state, sank stern first. Admittedly the conditions were inappropriate to the type of model. All available free space now filled with ping-pong balls.

Thats a good advice. Maybe I should do the same before sinking it. hehe
