Forums can be just as impersonable as a drive-by shooting sometimes. :police:

Grumpy who said that <*< <*< >>:-( >>:-( {-) {-) {-)
Yes there is problems finding info via search engine.
Its a big ask I know but is it possible for say the moderators to re-title/edit threads and put them in correct categories/sub categories simplifying searches.
Eureka no more grumpy ;) ;) ;) ;)
And commentray does get dated :-)) :-))

Now I'am grumpy but it'll be orright i'll get over it

If members would post with titles that indicated their subject it certainly would help. How many times is a title like "Help Wanted" or "Newbie needs Help" seen in the listings. A title that provides information on just what kind of help is needed is far more likely to attract attention.

Perhaps it is not for Moderators to edit posting titles - they have enough to do - but for the penny to drop with the posters that they can do more to attract assistance.

Have you heard the research which tells us that when an argument breaks out on the internet, it will ALWASY, within no more than 30 posts, result in somebody being likened to Hitler or the Nazis.  >>:-(

I wish I had one of those research jobs.

I'm a newbie. I'll try to be courteous.  :-X

About the same length of time was the accepted norm for the thread to drift into PC hardware/software "discussions", but that was when the only people populating t'interweb were computer geeks.
