Where can I get - ?

Crystal 'holders' for my T2ER Trans and R122JE RX.
Bought above used gear recently - and these items were not with system supplied :embarrassed: :embarrassed:
Suggestions welcomed - cannot find a supplier locally :((

have you been into als on filton ave or fred coulsons on wells road or even antics in fairfax street ? failing that a little further afeild there is waverly models clevedon , or a couple of shops down in weston super mud the names of which escape me at present ( although i could drive around them all with my eyes closed ! )

to bring you up to date - Fred Coulsons has been Ian Harper Models for some time now. I had forgotten Antics completely, and had never heard of ALS.
I will do the rounds to see what I can get. Thanks for the info :-) :-)

i know fred retired some years ago , and had sold the business to another person , although i used to pass the shop most days heading to work i couldnt remember the new name ! ALS is on filton ave near the buldog public house , if you head into the filton ave from the ring road its by the pedestrian traffic lights on the right ! antics seemed to be more into rc cars and plastic kits the last time i visited them , but at least there is a multi story car park above the shop . as you can probably work out bristol is my home city , im origanally from sea mills !

For "naked" crystals, I make a strap out of duct tape to give me a tab for pulling the crystal out.  They really dont usually need a plastic housing, the pins do a very adequate job of keeping them in place being gripped by the socket, and with some RXs, there is no provision for a holder.
