Smit-Lloyd 109 Kit Help Wanted
« on: June 11, 2011, 08:22:10 pm »

Hi all,
I have managed to purchase from Germany a Kit of the Smit-Lloyd 109 a kit that was produced by the Dutch company Modelwork Holland in the early 80's. It was also sold in Britain. Unfortunately the instructions are in German. I am looking for a copy of the written instructions either in English or Dutch, all costs will be reimbursed. Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Regards
Ian

pidgeon but will help. No doubt someone with more skill than me can suggest a site. John

Try here for a review if you can find your kit in the pages ( you didnt say which manufacture it was so i couldnt delver deeper) he may have a review or english instructions for the kit your doing.

Other then that perhaps you could find someone who speaks German to translate the pages, perhaps a teacher at a local school?

Hi Guys
Thanks for your responses, Thanks john, translating from German into English will always be an option if I cant get a copy of the instructions, Roadrunner the manufacturer was called Modelwork Holland and is not one of the reviewed companies here. Frank, I was aware of the Dutch build site and have fired off a request their as well thanks to all for that.

If you run these sites using google chrome or firefox you will be able to translate the pages above, both are build logs of your tug which although not instructions they may be of help to you.

Hello Ian,

have you found a translation meanwhile?
Should you still require some helping hand with the translation maybe I could do a little?
