Lipo question

Hello there new to boats used to race cars but dad built boats years ago, I still have some lipos left from rc car racing was wondering can u run to lipos at once if u make a dual harness Ie two battery's plugging in to one speed control so u should get more run time ?

You can wire them up in parallel to give longer endurance, you can buy parallel harneses for a few £, Do not connect up in series unless you want increased voltage.

Parallel for longer runs time..

Series for higher voltages..

 Be particularly careful running LiPo cells in parallel or series, a 'weaker' pack may give up the ghost with spectacular but undesirable results!

Martin's dead right (as ever) You can run them in parallel (to get extended run time) if, and only if they are the same capacity, manufacturer and the same age and charging history
If you want to play it really safe plug a lipo guard into each pack and stop when either light goes on
