Blimey I'll be glad when Dazzle Duck is finished! It had first proper 'bath' trials today and it handles very well and seems quite stable. The only issue I did encounter was that when I tried to go backwards too quickly it lurched forward and sometimes water came in at the 'bow' where I'd it cut for access.
I strongly suggest that anyone building one should try to leave as much of the 'bow' intact as possible. I've modified mine now by re-cutting the front and putting a shield in place to hopefully stop as much water getting in, have yet to try it though (see pics).
It's pretty much done now, just some more bits of painting and it needs a hat or bandanna. How's everyone else coming on with theirs?
