It is a British engine , long out of production. Try www.justengines.co.uk for advice or suitable new carb.

What's the diameter of the inlet hole on the engine? Might have a complete new carb....

I would either:

1) Plug the hole where the needle valve should be, and rig up a remote needle - either a proper, bespoke remote needle valve, or a needle valve and spraybar from another engine. The ones at the bottom of this page would be one option http://www.justengines.unseen.org/acatalog/RC_Carbs.html

2) As one or two others mentioned, change the whole carb, 12.5mm might be difficult, but Just Engines have a 12mm spigot carb. Top of the same page as the above......

P.S - with regards to 2) above, KS 1/2" O.D brass tubing should be 15/32" I.D - which works out to 11.9mm. Would definitely stretch to go over the 12mm carb spigot, might then need a little elbow grease to fit the 1/2" aperture, or there may be enough slack anyway. Various other ways to make up a 0.1mm gap.......
