Has anyone bought the the ebook - How to Build a Steam Yacht - kindle edition? Originally published in 1880, author unknown, republished in 2009 for kindle by Edith Molina, priced at £1.02.

If so have all the plates been delivered? I am enquiring as I have bought this and two of the plates have failed to appear.

Thanks, Tony.

I haven't bought that book, but I have noticed that quite often the illustrations are not included with these old books which have been digitised. It may be worth checking Project Gutenberg which is quite possibly the source of this book.

Thanks Barrie,
This is the second ebook re:model boats which I have bought. The steam yacht has very nice lines, unfortunately the hull sections is one of the missing plates. The other book was How to Build Model Boats and Ships by Nick Randall, which all the illustrations came out ok for. The Electric Launch in the Nick Randall book certainly looks an interesting vintage project along the lines of a Bowman type launch.
