Well what happened was that a plastic bag got caught around the prop and killed the standard esc straight away !! boat was fairly fast on a 2 cell but I thought I would buy a better esc and 2 sets of 35c three cell Storm battery's. Well all I can say is that this is the fastest boat I have ever had, can just about get it flat out on my pond but very scary, it kind of torque rolls over one side when you give it that last little bit of throttle and prop almost comes out of the water and screams, but what a fun boat. I have ground the lip of the back of the hatch so I can tape it all the way round as its been over already and the standard second hatch inside let a fair amount of water in, but no harm done. Cant give it full throttle from a standstill as it just spins itself upside down, its running the motor that came with it and the metal prop, just a crazy thing  :-)
