Many people are only really upset because it is a royal personage, but Joe Bloggs has just as much right to his privacy in my book.
Hight time the activities of the press were restricted where no crime or political underhandedness is involved ........
and let's have a legal definition of what 'in the public's interest' means and is applicable to.

I really can't see what all the fuss is about anyway, HRH Prince Harry is 27, single and a soldier, he was partying with his mates and having a laugh, wheres the harm in that? It is neither the business of the press nor anyone else what he does in his private life or how he lets off steam. I wish I was still 27 and cavorting with naked birds in Las Vegas. Go for it H!

At the bottom of the ladder, Armstrong said "I'm going to step off the LEM now" (referring to the Apollo Lunar Module). He then turned and set his left boot on the surface at 2:56 UTC July 21, 1969, then spoke the famous words "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."

a defining moment if ever there was one and now he's gone

Neil Armstrong died today. RIP to the first man on the moon.

Very sad news. I remember watching bog eyed as a kid, the grainy pistures of Armstrong (and Aldrin) bobbing about on the moon. It still rankles me to this day hearing those conspiracy theorist say they never landed.

Gene Kranz described him as ice cool during the descent to the moon. Everyone knows they landed with just 18 seconds of fuel left. Can you imagine the nerve to do that, continue the landing to the very last second?

I said to my wife when watching 'NASA's Greatest Missions' that Armstrong was determined to meet his date with destiny that day. I cant think of a more fitting epitaph than that.

I was a bit of an ippie in the late 60's early 70's, cavorting was part of my stock in trade, so to speak, fresh air, sunshine, ippie chicks and ancient monuments, what more could a boy need....

I was only watching Niel Armstrong the other night on a tv show about the Apollo program, That man was a true history maker...
