Just read the article & this quote had me in stitches.... Do they mean what I think!!! %% %%

"The ceremonies are usually very cathartic and all about self-love," Ms Penabaz says."

The article does go on to say that the ceremony "can be a simple ritual in one's bedroom.......".   %)

Sad to learn that the fine comedy actor Tony Haygarth has died. His turn as the boorish, sexist slob PC Wilmott in "Rosie" always had me in stitches. His unrequited love for the willing but lumpish PC Brenda Whatmough was one of Roy Clarke's funniest running gags.....
"She's fighting it, Rosie - I think she's fighting it!"
"I think she's winning, Wilmott".
We accept them in comic fiction, because we can look at them and laugh and pretend that because they’re extremes, they don’t represent us, but we are all of us men in the Wilmots of this world, and Tony Haygarth one was one the best Wilmots there ever was.

On BBC News:   Tinky Winky (Simon Shelton) dies age 52.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-42788001

So sad, one of the main characters in what was undoubtedly the most intellectually challenging TV programmes of all time.

USS Lexington has been located 2 miles down in the Coral Sea (I won't say found as they knew about where she was all time) The "Lady Lex" was one of those iconic warship of that era.

The Lexington has been touted as the ship that saved Australia during WW2, due to her part in the Battle of the Coral Sea. She's laying in about 3000 metres of water approximately 800 kilometres off the north Queensland coast. The underwater video taken by the team who located her shows the ship and some of her aircraft in a remarkable state of preservation, with very little marine growth. The markings on the aircraft shown in the video are as clear as if it had just been sunk. It's quite remarkable after nearly 76 years under water.

Type 45's to be refitted at Birkenhead. Hooray! plenty of piccie opportunities one hopes.

Lairds must be the "Blue eyed boys" once again, see that they are the prime contractors for the type 26's as well.
